Whether you are looking for a quiet respite during your travels through the Yellowstone region, seeking a peaceful learning environment connected to nature, or needing spacious conference facilities, TAC is available to the public year round for groups and individuals.
In an attempt to keep guest’s quiet and work time from being interrupted, no telephones or televisions are available in the guest houses. Cellular phone service is readily available throughout the facilities and wireless Internet service is available in all buildings.
The Studio House has four bedrooms – two with two twin beds, one with three twin beds and a fourth with a king and twin bed – three bathrooms, a sitting area, kitchenette with a microwave, small refrigerator and hot plate, plus a meeting room.Two of the bedrooms have in-room sinks.
This beautiful home sleeps up to 10 people very comfortably. One of the best amenities in this spacious lodging is the arts and crafts studio on the ground floor with work tables and meeting space.
The West House has six bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and four with two twin beds – and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have in-room sinks. This beautiful home also has a shared main kitchen, large meeting/dining room that accommodates 25, an outside patio and xeric garden, and is spacious enough to sleep 12 people very comfortably.
Many group meals are served here in the dining room and living room as well as on the spacious outdoor patio. Other amenities available to guests during designated hours include a spacious library and tranquil chapel.

In addition to providing conference facilities and large group accommodations, TAC is open year round to individuals looking for a peaceful place for an overnight stay.

TAC is open year round and each of the guest houses offers meeting space and areas for breakout groups for a variety of gatherings, workshops and learning opportunities.
The Studio House meeting room can seat up to 30 people and the West House can comfortably accommodate 25 guests.
We offer a variety of tables for each building which can be arranged in classroom or banquet-style seating. We also have a television, DVD player, projector and screen available for your meeting needs.

TAC staff offers custom meal service upon request. Our standard menu always reflects our effort to provide high-quality food at an economical price.

*We are pleased to offer our guests the option of organic and locally grown foods whenever possible. This option is available for an additional cost of $2 per person per meal and applies to the entire group.
Beverages (coffee and tea) are included with the meals as is a small dessert. Special dietary needs are accommodated upon request and those requests must be received by TAC staff no later than two weeks prior to arrival. Sack lunches will be provided for day trips upon request. Those requests also must be arranged in advance of arrival.
For guests who opt not to use TAC’s food service and prefer to provide their own, the West House is equipped with a full kitchen and the Studio House offers a kitchenette with microwave and hot plate.
